Wear instruction

1. Clean area on feet and shoes where the stickers will be placed. Feet and shoes should be free of dust, lint, oil, water, lotion, cream or dirt. Clean feet with soap and water, dry them completely. Wipe the area on the shoes with water and dry them completely.  

2. Both sides are the same, either side of the sticker can be placed on the shoes or on skin. 

3. Peel off the white liner on one side and stick the stickers to the area on the shoes where your heels will be. 

4. Peel off the remaining white liner and wear your shoes, aligning the stickers to the heels of your feet. 

5. Peel off slowly to remove. Peel off gently with care to avoid damaging skin or shoes!

6. Can be used for up to a few times or until it is no longer sticky.

CAUTION: If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sensitive or broken skin. Peel off slowly to avoid damaging skin or shoes. Test on skin and shoes before use.
